Emphasis on regular FUN & Participation, Early patterning of cricket movements, Teaching the ABC's of athletics.

2) LEARNING TO TRAIN

General physical conditioning & building on Movement skills learnt in FUNdamental stage, Ensuring positive
attitude on and off pitch, Introduce more specific skills, respect history of the game.

8-11 Females
9-12 Males

3) TRAINING TO TRAIN

Emphasis on specific conditioning, Develop specialist cricket skills, ensure the necessary 'Movement skills'  are competent & improving. Promote 'Winning Minds'

11-15 Females
12-16 Males


4) TRAINING TO COMPETE

Individualize programmes, mentoring & guidance, advance the 'Winning Mindset', Futher development of specialist skills & early movement skills.

Age:
15-17 Females
16-18 Males

5) TRAINING TO WIN

Heighten physical capacities, Mentoring / Guidance, Futher skills development, Focus on team dynamics, Tactical awareness.

Age:
17+ Females
18+ Males


6) RETIREMENT

Training of players for roles in coaching, administration and as officials.
