Emphasis on specific conditioning, Develop specialist cricket skills, ensure the necessary 'Movement skills' are competent & improving. Promote 'Winning Minds'

4) TRAINING TO COMPETE
Individualize programmes, mentoring & guidance, advance the 'Winning Mindset', Futher development of specialist skills & early movement skills.

5) TRAINING TO WIN
Heighten physical capacities, Mentoring / Guidance, Futher skills development, Focus on team dynamics, Tactical awareness.
